Return policy and information.

All the products are shipped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the items you have received, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours with a description and photographs of your complaint.
Due to the nature of the products and regulations, all complaints on deliveries and requests for replacements must contain evidence, which The Date Room reserves the right to approve or deny.

Valid complaints on delivery are limited to:

  • The product arrived heavily damaged during delivery
  • The product is out of date
  • An incorrect product was delivered.

The Date Room is not responsible for: 

  • An incorrect or invalid address or the receiver.
  • The receiver is not reachable.
  • An updated delivery address 24 hours before the shipping date.


All refunds issued by The Date Room are made back to the mode of payment or an account with the same name; it would take 10-30 working days for the refund to be planned and executed.


Orders that need to be re-shipped due to any of the above reasons are subjected to extra re-shipping fees.
