Our commitment to your satisfaction

All products are shipped with care to arrive in perfect condition. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery, providing a description and photos of your complaint.

Due to the nature of our products and applicable regulations, all delivery complaints and replacement requests require evidence that The Date Room may approve or deny.

Valid Complaints on Delivery

  • The product arrived heavily damaged during delivery
  • The product is out of date
  • An incorrect product was delivered

We Are Not Responsible For

  • An incorrect or invalid address, or an unreachable receiver
  • Updated delivery address within 24 hours of shipping date

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method or a matching account name. Please allow 10–30 working days for completion.

Re-shipping

Orders requiring re-shipping due to valid claim reasons may incur additional re-shipping fees.
