The Date Room Cancellation Policy

At The Date Room, we strive to deliver your orders promptly. Most orders are processed and delivered within 1 working day. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1.  For orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday), cancellations must be made before 4 pm on the same day the order was placed.
   For orders placed on weekends (Sunday), cancellations must be made before 10 am of the next day the order was placed.
2. To request a cancellation, please use the provided form on our website, or get in touch with us via phone or WhatsApp. Due to high volume of inquiries at times, we will only consider a cancellation request valid upon receiving an acknowledgment from our team confirming the request was made within the specified time frame and that no special preparations have been made for the order.

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 20 working days.
