Contactless and safe delivery
At The Date Room, safety and hygiene were and always been our top priority, our ISO and HACCP certificates and practices were obtained long before the pandemic, then, we’ve double our measures to insure your and our team’s safety at all time, at the end of the day, cleanness and hygiene is a permanent part of our quality promise.
The below list of measures and procedures are what we follow to insure the above:
NEGATIVE
All our team members, with no exception, had undergone a COVID-19 and tested negative, no one is allowed to enter the production house without a recent negative COVID-19 test certificate.
MASK
All our team are strictly instructed to keep a mask on at all times, all our masks are certified and changed on daily basis
GLOVES
All staff are instructed to wear medical gloves at all time, all our gloves are certified and changed after each delivery or every time they leave the production area.
CLEAN WORK AREA
Our production house goes under full sanitisation by a certified company every 15 days
LOGISTICS
We do not use courier companies for delivery, we have our own logistic team
SANITIZER
Our office, production house and every delivery car has 70% ethol-based hand sanitizer at all time.
DISTANCE
We leave the package on the door and keep our distance as we deliver.
